摘要: 以邻三氟甲氧基苯胺为原料经硝化、重氮化、还原和水解四步可得纯度≥99%(GC)的产物3-溴-4-三氟甲氧基苯酚,总产率26.2%。产物结构通过MS及1H NMR验证。
Abstract: 3-bromo-4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenol was synthesized from 2-(trifluoromethoxy)aniline by nitration to give 2-trifluoromethoxy-5-nitroaniline,which subjected to sandmeyer reaction,reduction and hydrolytic action with an overall yield of 26.2% and purity of 99%. The structure of the product was confirmed by MS and 1H NMR.
