超细硼粉的HTPB包覆

Research on the coating of superfine boron particles with HTPB

摘要: 采用表面直接反应包覆及物理包覆法研究了硼粉的端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)的包覆技术,经过研究发现:经表面直接反应包覆法的包覆效果较好。研究了包覆方法和反应时间对包覆效果的影响。经过红外光谱、X-光电子能谱、透射电镜等对包覆效果进行了表征。结果表明,以苯为溶剂,于80 ℃经14 h的酯化反应后,以TDI为固化剂,于70~80 ℃固化处理后,可以成功地实现HTPB对硼粉的包覆。经透射电镜观察,包覆的硼粒子表面变得规整。

Abstract: Superfine boron powder was coated with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) by the direct reaction coating method and physical coating method separately. It was found the coating effect of boron power was better by the former method. The coating method and reaction time were investigated. The effectiveness of coating boron particles coated with HTPB was characterized by using FT-IR,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope. It was found that the conditions of coating boron with HTPB were as follows:benzene as solvent,esterification time of HTPB about 14 hours at 80 ℃,and then solidification treatment was performed by using TDI as the solidification reagent at 70~80 ℃. The results showed that the surface of boron particles after coating with HTPB became orderly.
