摘要: 论述了废旧橡胶的回收利用技术,其中低温粉碎技术具有污染小、动力消耗低等优点,在粉碎橡胶中得到了广泛的应用。针对目前低温粉碎技术能耗高、过程火用 损大等问题,提出了相应的解决措施。指出可考虑发展利用液化天然气(LNG)冷量的技术,既降低了橡胶粉碎的成本,又能充分、高效地利用LNG资源。

Abstract: The recovery and utilization of waste rubber is discussed in this paper. The cryogenic comminution technology has the advantages of less pollution, low power consumption, etc. and is widely used. The restraints of high energy consumption and large exergy consumption of the actual cryogenic comminution technology and the corresponding solutions are presented. In China the technology of LNG cryogenic energy utilization can be used for rubber comminution. It not only decreases the production cost of rubber comminuting but also makes full and effective use of LNG resources .
