摘要: 以液化4, 4′–二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(液化MDI)、烷基醇胺插层的有机蒙脱土(AOMMT)、有机复合稀土催化剂(REC)为主料制备新型双组分聚氨酯场地铺面材料,探讨了其最佳配方构成和产品性能。结果表明,在常温、 REC作用下,AOMMT可以完全取代 3, 3′–二氯–4, 4′–二氨基–二苯基甲烷(MOCA)作为聚氨酯场地铺面材料扩链交联剂,由该类材料制备的运动场地样品性能达到GB/T 14833-93《塑胶跑道》标准,并且不含甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),MOCA及铅、汞等有害物质,具有环境保护意义。

Abstract: A new type two-component polyurethane paving material used in playground was prepared from liquefied diphenylmethane–4, 4′–diisocyanate (MDI), alkyolamide modified montmorillonite (AOMMT) and organo-rare-earth composite catalyst (REC) . The formulations and properties of product were studied. The results showed that at normal temperature and under the action of REC, AOMMT could replace 3, 3′–dichloro–4,4′–diamino–diphenyl methane, alias methylene–bis–ortho–chloroaniline (MOCA) and there was no poisonous substance such as TDI, MOCA, Pb and Hg in this new material. It could eliminate the poison of these substances in the preparation and use of the polyurethane paving material. Its properties could satisfy the demands of Chinese national standard of GB/T14833–93《Synthetic–Rubber Sports Track》.
