摘要: 综述了超临界CO2流体萃取中的在线检测技术,介绍了超临界CO2流体萃取与超临界流体色谱、气相色谱、高效液相色谱、核磁共振、近红外光谱等技术的联用在线检测,阐述了在线检测技术的优越性,提出了如何发展超临界CO2流体萃取中的在线检测技术。

Abstract: Supercritical fluid extraction is a new and “green”technique for extraction and separation with such advantages as high efficiency, high speed, and less pollution. This paper reviews the on-line detection techniques in supercritical fluid extraction, including supercritical fluid chromatography, gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance, and near infrared spectrometry.
