高耐盐性AA–AMPS共聚高吸水性树脂合成

摘要: 以AMPS和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用静置水溶液聚合法合成了耐盐性能较好的高吸水性树脂。经正交实验研究了合成反应的工艺条件,在n(AA)/n(AMPS)为85/15,交联剂质量分数为0.0125%,引发剂质量分数为0.05%,中和度为90%,单体质量分数为35%,反应温度55~75℃。合成树脂的吸水率大于900 g/g,在0.9%的生理盐水中吸液能力达到125 g/g以上,在1.8%盐水中的吸液能力依然超过100 g/g。

Abstract: With AA and AMPS as main raw materials,NMBA as crosslinking agent,a super absorbent of high salt tolerance was synthesized in aqueous solution. The mol ratio of AA/AMPS was 85/15,the mass of cross–linking agent was 0.0125%,and the mass of initiatoris was 0.05%. AA was neutralized partially by 90% sodium hydroxide,the mass of monomer was 35% in solution,and reaction temperature was 55~75℃. The results showed that super absorbent synthesized could absorb water as high as 900 g/g,125 g/g in 0.9% NaCl solution and 100 g/g in 1.8% NaCl solution.
