抗菌聚氨酯材料的研究进展

Abstract: With the extensive application of polyurethane materials in the biomedical field, the requirements of antibacterial properties of its surface have been more and more rigorous.Therefore, many scholars devoted to the study of antibacterial polyurethane material with excellent performance.This review summarized the research progress of antibacterial polyurethane materials in recent years all over the world.Several methods, such as physical, chemical and composite modification, of introducing antibacterial groups with polyurethane were illustrated.The antibacterial mechanisms of organic, inorganic and natural antibacterial agents were expounded in detail, while their applications in the modification of polyurethane were discussed.Furthermore, the direction and attention of the future research on antibacterial polyurethane materials have been prospected as well.

摘要: 聚氨酯材料以其优异的性能在生物医用领域获得了广泛的应用,但实际应用中对其表面抗菌性能的要求越来越高,为此,诸多学者致力于研究和开发具有优异性能的抗菌聚氨酯材料。本文总结了近年来国内外学者在抗菌聚氨酯材料方面的研究情况,举例介绍了物理改性、化学改性和复合改性等在聚氨酯中引入抗菌剂的方法,重点阐述了无机抗菌剂、有机合成抗菌剂和天然抗菌剂的抗菌机理,对各类抗菌剂在聚氨酯抗菌改性方面的应用进行了梳理,并对抗菌聚氨酯材料的研究方向和关注热点提出了展望。
