Abstract:

Some shortcomings for the known techniques for coal-gasification wastewater treatment with high phenol concentration are low removal rate of phenolshigh energy consumptionetc. A novel process was proposed based on the analysis of known pretreatment techniques. Two noticeable improvements were established in the proposed process to overcome the shortcomings. One is that CO2 was absorbed by wastewater to reduce the pH value of the extraction unit to ensure high phenol removal performanceand the other was that extraction of phenols was the first unit in the pretreatment process. Some key operational parameters of the proposed process were analyzed and optimized though simulation. It was shown that desired purified water was obtained. The operating cost was significantly lower than that of some known techniques.

摘要:

高含酚煤气化废水现有预处理工艺存在有酚脱除效果差、能耗过高等缺点。在此基础上,本文提出一种新的化工预处理流程。新流程关键是通过让煤气化废水吸收二氧化碳降低pH值,并使萃取脱酚首先进行,从而克服了现有工艺的上述缺点。借助流程模拟,对提出流程相关单元操作条件进行了分析。模拟结果显示,提出流程能高效进行废水预处理,相对于现有一些工艺,能大幅降低操作费用。
