Synthesis and property study of a new polyurethane-imide

新型聚氨酯酰亚胺的合成及其性能

Abstract:

A kind of glycol containing imide function was synthesized from trimellitic anhydride4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and diethylene glycol. A new type of polyurethane-imide elastic material was synthesized from isocyanate terminated PU prepolymerglycol containing imide function. The productions are characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopyFT-IR),differential scanning calorimetryDSCand thermal gravimetric analysisTGA. TGA results show that the thermal property of the samples is obviously improved compared to PU. Td has an increase of 12%T50% has an increase of 45 and the weight of remained polymer has an increase of 18%. The glass transition temperatureTgis found in both obtained PUIs block copolymersand two steps weight loss in an N2 atmosphere is observed. The PUIs are soluble in strong polar solventsand also show certain resistance against dilute inorganic acid corrosion.

摘要:

4,4′-二氨基二苯醚、偏苯三酸酐和过量的一缩二乙二醇为原料合成了一种含有酰亚胺基团的二醇,用NCO封端的聚氨酯预聚物和含有酰亚胺基团的二醇通过溶液聚合反应合成了一种新型的聚氨酯酰亚胺弹性材料。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)等方法对产物进行了表征。研究表明:酰亚胺基团的引入能够明显改善该共聚物的热分解性能,初始分解温度提高了近12%,在600 时的分解剩余量提高了18%;两种嵌段共聚物均出现两个玻璃态转变温度Tg,它们在N2中均呈现出两个失重台阶;聚合物能较好地溶解在强极性非质子有机溶剂中,且对无机稀酸具有一定的抗腐蚀性能。
