流态化过程模拟的研究进展

Abstract:

The progress of CFD simulation in gas-solids fluidized bed, based on Eulerian-Eulerian model and Eulerian-Lagrangian model, is reviewed. In addition, the numerical studies on the gas-solids fluidized bed with or without immersed tubes made by the Institute of Chemical Engineeringof Qingdao University of Science & Technology and devices developed in application are presented. Based on the simulation results, some improvements of the internal structure of fluidized bed for enhancement of mass and heat transfer are also proposed.

综述了欧拉-欧拉模型和欧拉-拉格朗日模型流态化过程的CFD数值模拟,并对流态化模型做了简单评价。同时介绍了青岛科技大学化学工程研究所对自由流化床、沉浸管流化床进行的数值模拟及应用实例。并且依据模拟结果对流化床内部结构进行了改进,增强了流化床内的传质及传热效果。
