Abstract: According to the principles and implementary modalities of water recycling economy combined with the reality of petrochemical industry in China, a scheme for water recycling economy in petrochemical industry is proposed. An application example for water recycling economy in chemical and petrochemical industries is introduced, which is composed of large, medium and small scales of recycling.

摘要： 根据水循环经济的原理、原则及实施模式，结合我国目前石化企业的实际情况，提出了化工与石化工业水循环经济的路线和方案以及水循环经济的支撑技术，如蒸汽凝结水回收技术、循环冷却系统排污处理与回收技术和生产工艺废水处理与循环利用技术，并从小、中、大循环3个尺度上介绍了水循环经济在石化行业的应用实例。
