富马海松酸型水性聚氨酯乳液的合成及性能

Abstract: Rosin-based waterborne polyurethanes(RWPU)were prepared from fumaropimaric acid polyester polyol(FAPP),polyether glycol(N-210)and toluene diisocyanate. Effects of the amount of dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),R values and the amount of FAPP on properties of emulsions and RWPU films were studied. Properties of the products were characterized by FTIR spectra,specular gloss,pendulum hardness,tensile strength,impact strength,elongation at break and water-resistance. RWPU with excellent comprehensive properties was obtained when the amount of DMPA was 5%,R was 1.2,and the amount of FAPP was 35%,respectively.

摘要: 以富马海松酸聚酯多元醇(FAPP)、聚醚N-210及甲苯二异氰酸酯为原料,合成了富马海松酸型松香基水性聚氨酯(RWPU),分别研究了亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)的加入量、NCO/OH摩尔比值(R值)及FAPP加入量对松香基水性聚氨酯乳液及漆膜性能的影响,并对所得产品进行了红外光谱、镜面光泽、摆杆硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、附着力、吸水率表征。结果表明当DMPA加入量为5%、R值为1.3、FAPP的加入量为35%时,RWPU的综合性能优良。
