Abstract: Nano-titania has become a representative of semiconductor photocatalysts due to its excellent properties. Methods for the preparation of titania with good performance are very important in practice. This paper provides a review on the recent progress in nano-titania preparation,including gas,liquid and solid phase processes. The advantages and disadvantages of each process are summarized and analyzed based on the physical forms of the precursors. Prospects for future development in nano-titania preparation are proposed.

摘要: 纳米二氧化钛以其优异的性能成为半导体光催化剂的杰出代表,探寻优良的二氧化钛制备工艺有着重要的现实意义。本文主要介绍了近年来国内外纳米二氧化钛制备工艺的研究状况,根据反应体系的物理形态将制备工艺分成气相、液相、固相三大类进行阐述,在此基础上分析比较了不同制备工艺的优缺点,最后展望了今后的发展方向。
