Abstract:

The owner scheme of KAILASHTILLA project has two problems resulted in resources waste，low C₃，C₄ recovery ratio of NGL and unstable condensate oil. One is too many heavy components in stable gas，and the other is excessive stable gas as flared fuel gas. For resolve these problems，a new scheme including a stable gas compressor system is proposed and simulated by PRO/Ⅱ software. The stable gas is fractionated into part of NGL and dry gas with the help of the stable gas compressor system，with which the problems of stable gas are resolved and the recovery ratio of products is improved. Besides，economic analysis is performed based on the comparison of the proposed scheme with the owner scheme from both energy consumption and production rate. The profit of the proposed scheme is higher than the owner scheme with about 38.32 million RMB per year.

针对KAILASHTILLA天然气分离项目业主方案存在的稳定气产品重组分过多以及过量的稳定气送入火炬烧掉造成资源浪费和NGL产品中C₃、C₄回收率不足，凝析油产品不稳定等问题，建立了一套新的方案（简称建议方案），并采用先进的模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ对流程进行了模拟和优化。通过增加一套稳定气压缩机系统，把稳定气分成了NGL产品和干气产品，解决了稳定气产品的问题，提高了产品分离效率。在此基础上，从全厂能耗和产品收率两个方面对业主方案和建议方案进行了初步对比和分析，并作了经济性分析，建议方案年经济效益比业主方案多3832万元。
