Abstract:

The development trends in global refining and petrochemical industry as well as technologies are analyzed. Base on the understanding of current status of CNPC’s refining and petrochemical businesses，development opportunities and challenges are discussed，especially for the difficulties in acquiring resources and the impact of innovation capability on our core businesses and key technologies. Five strategies are proposed in response to these challenges，including adjusting product structure and industry chain，planning and optimizing resources and distribution，emphasizing the integration between the exploration in overseas resources and the development in downstream industry，creating more effective marketing and technique supporting system，and continuously strengthening the self-innovation capability.

分析了世界炼油化工产业和技术发展趋势，深入分析了中国石油天然气集团公司炼油化工业务的技术现状，指出了面临的发展机遇和挑战，特别是资源获取难度和自主创新能力对业务、技术发展的挑战，并从产品结构与产业链调整、统筹优化资源配置、重视海外油气资源开发与下游产业的有机结合、打造更为有效的市场营销及技术配套体系、持续增强炼化自主创新能力等5个方面提出发展对策。
