Abstract: The lignin-quaternary/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composite resin was made from lignin after phenolization and amination,using glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent,PVA as carrier. The resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The reaction of phenolized lignin with quaternary amine salt was investigated by orthogonal test. Additionally,the modification mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions of aminating modification were as follows:concentration of sodium hydroxide 4mol/L,reaction temperature 70℃,dosage of quaternary amine salt 40%,reaction time 2 h. The anion exchange capacity of the resin obtained under optimum conditions was 0.89mmol/g.

摘要: 利用木质素为原料,经酚化、胺化改性后,以戊二醛为交联剂,聚乙烯醇 (PVA) 为载体,合成了季铵型木质素/PVA复合阴离子交换树脂。通过傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电镜对其进行了表征,由正交实验确定了胺化改性的优化条件,并且初步探讨了其改性机理。结果表明:NaOH浓度4 mol/L、反应温度70 ℃、季铵盐单体体积用量20 %、反应时间2 h为木质素胺化改性的最佳条件。在优化条件下制得该树脂的阴离子交换容量为0.89 mmol/g。
