Application of entrained-bed pulverized coal gasification in direct reduction iron-making

气流床粉煤气化技术在直接还原铁生产过程中的应用

Abstract: This paper disclose a process of direct reduction iron-making based on entrained-bed pulverized coal gasification. The reducing gas which suits for HYL Ⅲ technology to produce DRI was obtained through the simulation of coal gasification and syn-gas treatment by using Aspen Plus. Through the materials and energy calculations of the whole system,the results of the main consumptions were:coal consumption 384kg/tDRI (based on Wanbei coal),oxygen consumption 251 m3/tDRI and energy consumption 10.18GJ/tDRI. Compared with the direct reduction iron-making based on coal gasification found in some literatures,the energy consumption of the process was almost the same as the reported index.

摘要: 提出了以具有自主知识产权的气流床粉煤气化技术与直接还原炼铁工艺相结合的方式进行直接还原铁(DRI)生产的工艺流程。应用Aspen Plus对粉煤气化及合成气处理的工艺进行模拟,从而获得了适合于希尔萨工艺(HYL-Ⅲ)的还原气,然后利用该部分还原气进行DRI的生产。通过对系统物料与能量的衡算,获得了本流程的主要原料消耗为:煤耗约为384 kg/tDRI,氧耗约为251 m3/tDRI;综合能耗约为10.18 GJ/tDRI。与文献报道的煤制气直接还原炼铁工艺进行对比,本流程的综合能耗与文献中的指标相当。
