Abstract:

Flat plate heat pipe is one of the available technology to deal with the high density electronic cooling problem. This paper introduces the working principle of flat plate heat pipe，and the research in pipe making，capillary structure，layout of heat source and numerical simulation is comprehensively reviewed. Future development for flat plate heat pipe is predicted.

平板热管作为一种新型的热管技术，具有热导率高、均温性良好等优点，成为解决电子散热问题很有前途的技术之一。本文介绍了平板热管散热工作原理，并在综述国内外有关加工制作、毛细结构、热源布置及数值模拟研究的基础上，提出了平板热管下一步的研究趋势。
