Effect of acidity of solid acid catalysts on conversion of thiophene-type sulfide

Abstract: The mechanism of sulfur conversion on different acidic zeolites were investigated with aromatic, olefin and thiophene as model compounds at 300℃, and 2.0 h-1 LHSV. The results showed that catalysts with different acidity type possessed different activities of sulfur conversion. The catalysts with both Broensted and Lewis acids showed better conversion of thiophene. Alkyl thiophene with longer and more chains tended to adsorb on the active sites. Acidity type influenced the components of model compounds. Catalysts with both Broensted and Lewis acids decreased the aromatic and olefin greatly,while catalysts with only Lewis acids converted aromatic greatly,but had little effect on olefin.

摘要: 在温度300 ℃、空速2.0 h-1条件下,以含有芳烃、烯烃的噻吩类硫化物为模型化合物,探索研究不同酸类型分子筛催化剂硫转化的机理。研究表明,具有不同酸类型的催化剂硫转化效果不同,同时有B酸和L酸的催化剂硫转化效果较好,带侧链的噻吩容易被转化,而且侧链越长、个数越多越容易被吸附脱出。不同酸类型的催化剂对模型化合物的组成影响不同,同时具有B酸和L酸的催化剂使模型化合物中芳烃和烯烃都大量减少,只有L酸的催化剂芳烃会大量减少,而烯烃变化不明显。
