Abstract: An introduction was made on the structure of polyurea thickener and property of polyurea grease，then the impact factors，such as base oil，thickening agents，additives，reaction operating conditions，after-treatment process for polyurea grease were analyzed by reviewing the latest research. Finally，the problem in this field and further work were presented.

摘要： 介绍了聚脲稠化剂的结构与聚脲润滑脂的性能，重点结合最新研究，从基础油、稠化剂、添加剂、反应操作条件、后处理工艺等方面分析了聚脲润滑脂性能的影响因素。最后，指出了目前该领域存在的问题及进一步的研究工作方向。
