复合吸附脱硫剂的制备及其脱除SO2实验

Abstract: A kind of new desulphurization agent,a composite desulphurization adsorbent made of the mixture of γ-Al2O3 and attapulgite (ATTP) and some additives,and coated with transition metal oxide (CuO),was studied. According to the experiments,the influences of ATTP content,baking temperature,the concentration of Cu(NO3)2 and water content of the desulphurization agent on the removal of SO2 were discussed. When ATTP content was 60%,baking temperature was about 600~700 ℃,concentration of Cu(NO3)2 was about 15% and the water content of the desulphurization agent was 15%~30%,the desulphurization adsorbent had good adsorptivity and good ability of catalytic desulphurization,and its maxmium sulfur tolerance was about 17%.

摘要: 以甘肃产凹凸棒石为基体,辅以活性氧化铝、成型剂等成分,经造粒后负载过渡金属氧化物CuO,制得了一种新型复合吸附脱硫剂。通过动态脱硫实验,研究了凹凸棒石含量、焙烧温度、过渡金属浸渍液浓度及脱硫剂含水率对SO2脱除性能的影响。研究结果表明,当凹凸棒石含量(质量分数)占到60%,焙烧温度为600~700 ℃,过渡金属浸渍液质量分数为15%左右,且脱硫剂含水率为15%~30%时,该复合吸附脱硫剂具有较强的吸附性能和催化脱硫能力,其硫容最大可达17%左右。
