Abstract: This paper introduces the preparation of task-specific ionic liquids，summarizes the latest developments of task-specific ionic liquids in food industry，and discusses the developments of task-specific ionic liquids in preparation of raw materials，analysis and purification in food industry，as well as biotechnology. This paper also analyzes the existing problems of task-specific ionic liquids in food industry，and presents the future developments of task-specific ionic liquids in food industry.

摘要： 介绍了功能化离子液体的制备，综述了功能化离子液体在食品工业领域的最新应用进展，重点讨论了功能化离子液体在食品工业的原料合成、分析提纯和生物技术方面的应用进展，分析了功能化离子液体在食品工业应用中存在的问题，提出了功能化离子液体在食品工业中的发展方向。
