Abstract: Fluidization and organic matter degradation of bioparticle play important roles in enhancing the efficiency and stability of the biological fluidized bed reactor. In this paper, some behavior characteristics, such as particle streamline, particle mixing, particle cluster, bioparticle granulation, bioparticle absorption and oxidation of organic matter and bioparticle mass transfer-reaction, are discussed. This paper also suggests that some measures can be adopted to strengthen bioparticle behavior by choosing support correctly, setting reactor internals reasonably or applying immobilized cell technique and so on.

摘要: 生物膜颗粒的流态化行为与有机质降解行为对提升生物流化床反应器的高效性和稳定性具有重要作用。探讨了好氧三相流化床反应器的颗粒流型、颗粒混合、颗粒团聚、生物膜颗粒化、生物膜颗粒对有机质的吸附氧化以及生物膜颗粒的传质-反应等行为特征,提出了通过合理选用载体、合理设置反应器内构件以及采用细胞固定化技术等强化生物膜颗粒行为的措施。
