Abstract: Taking glutamic acid fermentation as an example,the research on the mechanism of using surfactants as fermentation accelerator worldwide is reviewed. The current status of using surfactants as fermentation accelerator in producing amino acids,enzyme preparation and new type materials by microorganism is introduced. The problems to be resolved in further investigations are analyzed.

摘要: 以谷氨酸发酵为例综述了国外将表面活性剂作为发酵促发剂作用机理的研究进展,介绍了国内外将表面活性剂应用在以发酵法生产氨基酸、酶制剂、新型材料等工业中作为促发剂的研究现状,分析了其中存在的亟待解决的问题。
