Abstract: The production and progress of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural using renewable resources as raw materials are reviewed. Its significant derivatives and their applications are also discussed. The existing problems of the production of HMF using biomass are analyzed and some suggestions on future research and development are presented.

摘要: 综述了利用可再生资源制备羟甲基糠醛的方法及研究进展,讨论了其重要衍生物及其应用:2,5-呋喃二甲醛可用于合成许多新化合物;呋喃二甲酸可以作为合成聚酯类材料的初始原料,还可应用于药理学的研究;乙酰丙酸制取各种产品,包括树脂、医药、香料、溶剂、涂料和油墨、橡胶和塑料助剂、润滑油添加剂、表面活性剂等,还可以作为农药、染料的中间体。分析了目前利用生物质制备羟甲基糠醛研究中存在的问题,对其今后的研究发展提出了建议。
