Abstract: The recent progress of Sonogashira-type coupling reaction catalyzed by heterogeneous catalyst Pd/C is presented. Remarkable catalytic activity and increased reaction rate are observed in Sonogashira-type coupling reaction catalyzed by Pd/C,especially some reactions for which many homogeneous catalysts are ineffective,and the process can be carried out in copper-free,ligand-free,amine-free conditions but with water and/or by exposure to air by changing the reaction conditions. These improvements result in an expanded scope of reactants. All these advantages enable such reaction to be performed in environment-friendly conditions,making its commercialization possible.

摘要: 介绍了异相催化剂Pd/C应用于Sonogashira反应的研究现状。Pd/C作为催化剂在Sonogashira反应中表现出超常的催化活性,能催化许多均相催化剂不能催化的反应,并通过改变反应的条件可实现无铜、无配体、水介质、有氧条件下的Sonogashira反应,扩大了反应底物范围,使反应能在环境友好的条件下进行,进而实现其工业生产成为可能。
