Abstract: This paper summarizes the recent research process of the preparation，thermal conductivity， convective and boiling heat transfer of nanofluids and also introduces the application of nanofluids to microchannel heat exchangers. Moreover，the prospect of the technology and application of nanofluids is presented.

摘要： 综述了近年来纳米流体的制备、热传导、对流、沸腾换热等方面的最新研究进展，介绍了纳米流体在微管道散热器中的应用，并对纳米流体技术及应用的发展方向提出了展望。
