废橡胶集料对水泥基材料变形和耐久性影响的研究现状

Abstract: The deformation properties include elasticity modulus,shrinkage,cracking-resistance,toughness and shock-resistance. The durability properties are freezing-resistance,fatigue-resistance,permeation-resistance,abrasion-resistance,dry-moist cycle resistance,fire-resistance and bursting-resistance. The performance of toughness,cracking-resistance and freezing-resistance of the cement-based materials could be obviously improved because of incorporating the waste rubber aggregate. The research of the effects of waste rubber aggregates on the deformation and durability properties of hardened cement-based materials in China and abroad is summarized and analyzed.

摘要: 废橡胶集料的掺入能够显著改善水泥基材料的韧性、抗冲击性、抗冻性能,适当掺量的废橡胶集料也可以提高其抗渗性能。系统地总结和分析了废橡胶集料对硬化水泥基材料弹性模量、收缩、抗裂、韧性、抗冲击等变形性能和抗冻性、抗疲劳、抗渗、耐磨、抗干湿循环、耐火和抗爆裂等耐久性影响的研究现状。
