成型活性炭制备技术研究进展

Abstract: The preparation techniques of activated carbon monolith in China and overseas are summarized in this paper,and the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are also compared.The results show that the monolith with higher surface area and better mechanical properties could be prepared by molding the mixture of powdered activated carbon and the organic binder.Furthermore,the factors affecting the properties of as-prepared activated carbon monolith, including binder,the surface properties of powdered activated carbon,additives,and the process of molding,are discussed in detail.

摘要: 概述了国内外成型活性炭的各种制备技术,并作了分析、比较。同时指出制备高比表面积、高强度的成型活性炭,必须使用以粉状活性炭添加有机类黏结剂成型的方法。在此基础上,归纳了黏结剂、原料表面化学性质、添加剂、成型工艺等对该类方法所制成型活性炭性能的影响。
