Abstract: By introducing the macro policy of making great effort to develop bioenergy industry in China，the article analyzes the current biodiesel development in China in the aspects of raw material supply and technical path alternative. In addition，the article discusses the main issues in the biodiesel development in China from the perspectives of raw material，policy support，production technology and capital investment. Finally，it gives some recommendations to promote the development of Chinese biodiesel industry，such as industry planning，market standard，technology system，finance and tax support，etc. and to pay attention to environment impact and making full use of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) to provide references for decision making.

摘要： 在介绍中国大力扶持生物质能产业发展的宏观政策前提下，从原料供应途径和技术路线选择两方面分析了中国生物柴油的发展现状，从原料成本、政策支持、生产技术和资金投入四个角度揭示了中国生物柴油发展存在的主要问题，由此提出产业规划、市场标准、技术体系和财税扶持等促进中国生物柴油产业发展的对策，并建议注意环境影响，充分发挥清洁发展机制和自愿减排机制的作用，为决策提供参考。
