Catalytic performance of phosphotungstic acid immobilized by sol-gel method for esterification of critic acid

溶胶-凝胶法制备负载磷钨酸催化剂及其对柠檬酸酯化反应的性能

Abstract: 12-Phosphotungstics acid(PW12) supported on SiO2 were prepared by the sol-gel method. The effect of preparation conditions on the catalytic performance in synthesis of tributyl citrate (TBC) with critic acid and n-butyl alcohol was investigated and the mechanism was discussed. The results showed that 10%(mass) PW12 made by 2 g PW12,3 mL pure water and ethanol as co-solvent and activated at 110 ℃ had good activity and stability. Esterification ratio was 97.1% with high purity of the product TBC.

摘要: 以二氧化硅为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了固载磷钨酸(PW12 /SiO2)催化剂,并用于催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)。研究了催化剂制备条件对催化性能的影响并对其机理进行了探讨。用3 mL蒸馏水溶解2 g磷钨酸(PW12),以乙醇为助溶剂制备负载量为10%的催化剂,在110 ℃活化,用于酯化反应后酯化率达97.1%,产品纯度高。重复性实验表明,PW12 /SiO2 有很好的稳定性,使用7次后酯化率略有下降,是理想的合成柠檬酸三丁酯的催化剂。
