Abstract: This article introduces the technology of BC-H-40 catalyst for selective diene hydrogenation in C4 raffinate. The industrial experiment results showed that the BC-H-40 catalyst had high activity, good selectivity, long running cycle, resistance to disturbance and wide operation conditions.1%~2%(wt)dienes in C4 raffinate could be removed to less than 1 ppm, and the yield of 1-butene was more than 97.5%.

摘要: BC-H-40催化剂用于选择加氢脱除碳四抽余液中的二烯烃,工业应用试验结果表明,BC-H-40催化剂具有活性高、选择性好、再生周期长、抗干扰能力强、操作条件宽泛等特点。可以将碳四抽余液中质量分数1%~2%的二烯烃脱除至小于1 μg/g,丁烯平均收率大于97.5%。
