采用膜分离技术从气相法聚乙烯装置的尾气中回收烃类

Abstract: This paper introduces the technical progress of membrane separation for volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The basic principles of membrane separation technology for recovering butene and iso-pentane from VOC/ N2 are described, and the influence of operating condition on membrane separation is indicated. Recovery of hydrocarbon from VOC/ N2 could reach about 80% after putting the membrane separation unit in service. The permeate gas is then compressed and condensed for further recovery. Field application indicates that obvious economic benefit is achieved by low investment, clean production and high effectiveness of membrane separation.

摘要: 介绍了有机蒸气膜分离的技术进展,阐述了应用膜分离技术从有机蒸气/氮气混和气中分离回收丁烯和异戊烷的基本原理,指出了操作条件对膜回收效果的影响。将膜分离技术用于气相法聚乙烯尾气回收系统回收烃类,其脱除率可达80%以上。渗透气经压缩、冷凝进一步回收,达到了减少排放的效果。应用表明膜分离方法以其清洁、高效、低投入带来明显的经济效益。
