Synthesis and characterization of organized mesoporous alumina by nonionic template

非离子模板剂制备有序介孔氧化铝及表征

Abstract: Organized mesoporous alumina was synthesized by the precipitation method with nitrate alumina as source of alumina,nonionic surfactant PEG1540 as template and monoamonium phosphate as assistant solvent. The influence of various conditions (template,pH of reaction terminal,technology of treatment and assistant solvent) on the structure of organized mesoporous alumina was discussed. The structure of synthesized sample was investigated with BET,TEM,and XRD. The results showed that the organized mesoporous alumina with high surface area and narrow pore size distribution could be synthesized. Worm-like pores were formed and appeared organized to some extent.

摘要: 以硝酸铝为原料,采用非离子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇为模板剂,磷酸氢二铵为辅助剂,通过沉淀方法合成有序介孔氧化铝。探讨了模板剂的选取、反应终点pH值、反应温度、后处理工艺和辅助剂等条件对合成的有序介孔氧化铝结构影响,采用BET、XRD、TEM等测试技术对样品进行了结构表征,研究结果表明合成的有序介孔氧化铝比表面积大且孔分布窄,形成的蠕虫状孔道具有一定的有序性。
