Modification of rapeseed oil by ethoxylation and hydroxylation and its use as fatliquoring agent

菜籽油的羟化乙氧基化改性与加脂应用

Abstract: A new complex type of rapeseed oil fatliquoring agent with excellent performance was synthesized by the reactions of ester exchange,ethoxylation and hydroxylation. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) was used to characterize the structure of the products. A preferred synthesis process was given as follows:The ester exchanged oil was first modified by hydrogen peroxide at 50 ℃ for 6 h,when acetic acid was chosen as active oxygen carrier,strong-acid ion exchange resin was chosen as catalyst,and their dosage was 40% and 5% of the ester exchanged oil in weight respectively. Then the epoxidized oil was modified by polyethylene glycol (PEG) at 55 ℃ for 4 h,when the ratio of epoxidized oil and PEG in weight was 1.67∶1,the dosage of KOH was 1% of the epoxidized oil in weight. The product was used as fatliquoring agent of leather. The leather fatliquored with this product showed good fullness,softness,water-resistance,elasticity and silky feeling.

摘要: 以菜籽油为原料,通过酯交换、环氧化和环氧化开环反应,合成了羟化乙氧基化双重改性菜籽油。最佳合成条件如下。(1)环氧化反应:以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,以冰乙酸为活性氧载体,催化剂用量为酯交换菜籽油质量的5%、双氧水用量为酯交换菜籽油质量的40%、反应温度50 ℃、反应时间6 h,(2)开环反应:环氧化油脂与聚乙二醇(PEG)的质量比为1.67∶1、KOH用量为环氧化油脂质量的1%、反应时间4 h、反应温度55 ℃。最终得到以羟化乙氧基化双重改性菜籽油为主的加脂剂,具有极好的乳化性、稳定性,经加脂的成革柔软、丰满、有弹性,手感滑爽,加脂效果优良。
