Perovskite catalyst in the presence of cracked radical from acetone

丙酮裂解自由基加入下的钙钛矿脱硫催化剂

Abstract: Perovskite LaCoO3 was studied in the presence of cracked radicals of acetone. Radicals from acetone cracking eliminated O2 what was the poison to the catalyst of flue gas desulfurization. XRD and XPS results revealed that ultraviolet ray oxidized SO2 to SO3 and sulfate appeared on the surface of the catalyst. The yield of elemental sulfur fell accordingly. The catalyst in the presence of cracked radicals of acetone kept stable structure and high activity of catalytic reduction of SO2 by CO to elemental sulfur.

摘要: 利用XRD和XPS分析考察了丙酮加入后含氧脱硫钙钛矿催化剂LaCoO3的物相结构和表面状态变化。结果表明:氧破坏催化剂的活性相(硫化物)成为氧化物和硫酸盐,丙酮裂解出的自由基能除去烟气中的氧,大大提高了SO2的转化率;光解丙酮由于对SO2的氧化作用,对催化剂的活性相有影响,产生硫酸盐(LaO)2SO4,使S的收率不高;热解丙酮对催化剂的活性相没有破坏,保持La2O2S和CoS相,与预硫化后催化剂一致。
