Abstract: The recent research situation of lignin application in biochemical engineering is summarized，including lignin degradation and biopulping，organic wastewater disposal，preparation of chemical raw materials and application of industrial lignin in bio-fertilizer，bio-pharmacy，bio-adsorption material and food. In addition，the problems and difficulties involved are analyzed，and the means for expanding application of lignin in biochemical engineering are discussed.

摘要： 综述了木质素在生物化工领域的应用研究现状，包括木质素降解与生物制浆、有机废水处理、化工原料的制备等应用研究以及工业木质素在生物肥料、生物制药、生物吸附材料、食品等方面的应用情况。同时分析了木质素在生物化工应用方面存在的问题和难点，探讨了扩大木质素在该领域应用的途径。
