Preparation of modified chitosan microspheres and adsorption for dinitrophenol

羧化改性壳聚糖微球的制备及吸附硝基酚的性能

Abstract: Chitosan microspheres were prepared by the inverse phase suspension method. The structure of microspheres was characterized with FTIR and SEM,and the adsorption for 2,4-dinitrophenol was investigated. The effects of adsorption time,pH,amount of sodium and concentration of 2,4-dinitrophenol on the adsorption efficiency of 2,4-dinitrophenol were studied. The experimental results indicated that microspheres were insoluble in acidic and basic solutions,and were able to adsorb 2,4- dinitrophenol very well. In the solution of pH 3.6,the adsorption reached 230 mg·g-1 instantaneously. The adsorption data of 2,4- dinitrophenol on the modified chitosan microspheres was fitted into the Freundlich isotherms.

摘要: 采用反相悬浮环氧氯丙烷交联、氯乙酸羧甲基化制备交联羧化壳聚糖微球,用红外光谱和扫描电镜对微球进行表征,并用于2,4-二硝基苯酚的吸附研究。考察了吸附时间、溶液pH值、酚的浓度和NaCl等因素对2,4-二硝基苯酚吸附的影响。结果表明,羧化改性交联壳聚糖微球具有较好的耐酸碱性能,对2,4-二硝基苯酚有良好的吸附性能,在pH值为3.6 条件下,吸附在瞬间就能达到平衡,吸附量达230 mg·g-1,吸附符合Freundlich 等温方程。
