Abstract: Some recent research results for catalytic conversion of methanol to olefins (MTO) on MFI molecular sieves, especially ZSM-5 molecular sieve were reviewed. The MFI molecular sieves modifications methods, such as high temperature steaming treatments, phosphorus and metal modifications, were discussed and their catalytic performance in MTO process were introduced. The progress of methanol to propylene technology by Lurgi was also presented.

摘要: 综述了MFI结构分子筛的改性方法及其在MTO工艺中的作用,主要介绍了高温水热处理、磷改性和金属改性的方法及德国Lurgi公司使用该催化剂的甲醇制取丙烯工艺开发情况。
