Abstract: Recent research on the biological safety of nano-materials is summarized. Moreoverseveral research aspects are introducedincluding the transport of nano-materials in the environmentthe relationship between the size and structure of nano-materials and their biological effectsthe possible mechanisms by which nano-materials interact with biological tissuethe criteria of evaluating the biological safety of nano-materials. The prospect of the study on the biological safety of nano-materials is also discussed.

摘要: 概述了近年来国内外在纳米材料的生物安全性研究方面的工作,并介绍了4个主要研究方向,包括纳米材料在环境中的传播、纳米材料的尺寸和结构与其生物效应之间的关系研究、纳米材料与生物体相互作用机理研究以及纳米材料生物安全性评价体系的研究。最后对纳米材料生物安全性研究的发展前景提出了展望。
