Abstract: This paper presents a novel production process of alumina by using isooctanol. The reaction rate of isooctanol and aluminum is very fast. It is simple to purify triisooctanoxyl aluminum,to reuse isooctanol and to control the physical and chemical properties of alumina. This production process can be easily commerialized. The catalyst using alumina obtained by this method has the performance as good as that of the catalyst using imported SB alumina.

摘要: 研究了利用异辛醇和金属铝制备高纯氧化铝的工艺。发现使用异辛醇制备氧化铝载体,具有反应速度快、三异辛氧基铝纯化容易、异辛醇循环使用方法简单、产物氧化铝物化性能可以调控、工业生产比较容易等优点。利用异辛醇所得到的氧化铝作为催化剂载体,具有优良的性能,达到了进口SB氧化铝的水平。
