氨压缩机干气密封泄漏分析与国产化探讨

Abstract: The reasons for worn dry gas seal on T slot, leakage and the short life of application were analyzed for the ammonia plant in Jilin Chemical Industry Company. Revamping with China-made parts was discussed. Applying dry gas seal on a spiral slot could reduce wear of surface, and postpone the life of application.

摘要： 分析了吉林化学工业公司化肥厂合成氨装置氨压缩机T形槽干气密封磨损、泄漏、使用寿命短原因。探讨了分析国产化改造方案，采用螺旋槽型干气密封能减少端面磨损，延长密封使用寿命。
