Influence on H2S desulfurize by the compound desulfurizer of
attapulgite clay andactive metal oxide

凹凸棒石黏土-活性金属氧化物复合脱硫剂对脱H2S效果的影响

Abstract: This paper introuduces the compound desulfurizer of attapulgite clay and active metal oxide .The effects of such factors as the contents of attapulgite clay and active metal oxide,and roast temperature on desulfurizion efficiency and sulfur capacity of the compound desulfurizer in removing high concentration H2S at ambient temperature and pressure were studied. Its structure were analysed with IR,XRD and BET. The results showed that attapulgite clay as the major component with 20%~30% active metal oxide could achieve higher desulfurizion efficiency and large sulfur capacity of the compound desulfurizer for high concentration and low flowrate H2S. It has high stability and good performance of desulfurization and is suitable for removing H2S at ambient temperature.

摘要: 介绍了凹凸棒石黏土–活性金属氧化物复合脱硫剂在常温常压下脱除高浓度硫化氢气体,研究了凹凸棒石黏土含量、活性金属氧化物含量、焙烧温度等因素在硫化氢脱除中对脱硫效率和硫容量的影响。通过IR、XRD及BET等测试手段,初步分析了复合脱硫剂的结构及其对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,以凹凸棒石黏土为主原料、添加20 %~30 %的活性金属氧化物后的复合脱硫剂具有稳定、良好的硫化性能,是一种良好的常温脱硫剂,对高浓度低流速的硫化氢气体具有较高的脱除效率和较大的硫容量。
