摘要: 综述了聚甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(PHEMA)多孔微球和微囊的研究及应用进展,重点介绍了PHEMA多孔微球和微囊的制备方法及其在生物吸附和药物载体方面的应用成果,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The progress of research and biomedical application of porous poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) microspheres and microcapsules is reviewed. The achievements of preparation and application of porous PHEMA microspheres and microcapsules in bio-adsorption and drug carriers are introduced. The research trends of the porous microspheres and microcapsules are also prospected.
