聚乳酸膜氨等离子处理的表面性能

摘要: 利用氨低温等离子对聚乳酸(PLA)膜进行处理,并对改性后的膜表面性质进行了研究。结果表明,氨等离子处理会对膜表面产生一定的刻蚀作用,从而影响膜表面的粗糙度及氨基接枝密度;改性后的膜表面亲水性得到提高,水接触角显著降低(由90°下降到24°),并可在低温下(-20 ℃)长期保持稳定;处理后的PLA膜的细胞亲和性得到改善。

Abstract: Ammonia low-temperature plasma was used to modify Poly (D,L-lactide) (PLA) film and the surface characteristics after modification were studied. The results showed that plasma treatment would etch film surface,which would affect the roughness of film surface and the density of grafted ammonia group. The hydrophilicity of the modified film was increased. Its contact angle was decreased obviously from 90° to 24° and could keep stable when it was preserved at a low temperature (-20℃). The cell affinity of PLA was improved by plasma treatment.
