电石渣/生石灰复合物流动性及脱硫性能

摘要: 为高效、廉价地将电石渣利用于烟气脱硫中,详细分析了电石渣的物理性质,其具有较高的CaO含量和比表面积。将含水量为32%的电石渣与生石灰进行配比均化,得到的产物具有较好的流动性,且质量配比为1∶1.4时复合脱硫剂的脱硫性能最好。在同等Ca/S和烟气条件下,复合脱硫剂较CaO、Ca(OH)2等常用半干法脱硫剂有更好的脱硫性能。

Abstract: Carbide slag was used as a highly effective low price desulfurizing absorbent,and the physical properties were analyzed. Carbide slag has a high CaO contents and high specific surface area. Hydrated carbide slag and lime were mixed,and the product had good flowability. At the mixing ratio of 1∶1.4,the product had the best desulfurization performance. Under the same flue gas condition,the compound absorbent had better desulfurization characteristics than other commonly used desulfurization agents of CaO and Ca(OH)2.
