摘要： 在膜反应器中基于膜介质支持构建辅酶再生的酶催化体系并实现酶促反应的连续进行是辅酶依赖型生物酶工业化应用的一个有效技术手段。本文总结了辅酶再生的意义与辅酶再生体系在膜反应器中的构建情况，并提出了在这过程中所需注意的问题及解决思路。

Abstract: The continuous catalysis with a co-enzyme regeneration system based on membrane support in the membrane reactor (MR) is an efficient technology of co-enzyme dependent enzymatic process in industrial application. The significance of co-enzyme regeneration and the set-up of co-enzyme regeneration system in the membrane reactor are summarized，and the related problems and the approaches to their solution are also presented.
