摘要: 以碳酸二乙酯为乙基化试剂,与邻苯二酚在气固条件下催化合成邻羟基苯乙醚。考察了以NaY分子筛为载体,K2CO3、Mg(OAc)2这两种不同活性组分催化剂的催化性能,着重探讨固体催化剂的酸碱性对催化性能的影响,研究结果表明,碱性越强,产物邻羟基苯乙醚的产率越高,酸性越强,C-乙基化产物的量越高。

Abstract: Vapor phase ethylation of catechol with diethyl carbonate as an alkylation agent was carried out under the catalysis of NaY loaded with K2CO3 or Mg(OAc)2. The catalysts prepared by vacuum impregnation were characterized by BET specific surface area measurement,temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD,CO2-TPD) and XRD. Both of the basic sites and the acid sites have important effects on the conversion of catechol. The basic sites are responsible for O-ethylation,while the acid sites are favorable for C-ethylation.
