有机过氧化物热动力学及热危险性研究进展

摘要:

有机过氧化物是热危险性物质并造成大量的事故,本文主要综述了有机过氧化物热危险性参数、热动力学参数、自加速分解温度的求解模型、热分解及与不相容性物质反应的研究进展。化学不相容性主要介绍了有机过氧化物与酸、碱、有机溶剂、金属等物质的反应。有机过氧化物危险性参数主要是通过DSCARCVSP2C80TAM等表征获得,进而计算得到反应动力学参数,推测可能的反应机理等,研究结果为研究反应物的危险特性及生产、存储、运输提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

Organic peroxides are hazardous materials. Thermal explosion and runaway accidents of organic peroxides are mainly ascribed to their thermally unstable situations. Hazardous parametersthermokinetic parametersself-accelerating decomposition temperature modeldecomposition and chemical incompatibility of organic peroxides are reviewed. Regarding chemical incompatibilitythe instability of organic peroxides with acidbasessolvent and metals are introduced. DSCARCVSP2C80 and TAM are used to obtain the thermokinetic parametersand then the reaction mechanism is further derived. The results can be used to study hazardous characteristic of these peroxides and give reference for their productionstorage and transport.
