超高浓度石蜡乳状液的研制

Preparation of high wax content emulsion

摘要: 超高浓度石蜡乳液,是蜡含量能达到50%的同时具有良好流动性、高度分散性和稳定性等特点的白色乳液。本文以工业石蜡为主要原料,采用特殊工艺和新型复配乳化剂,最终制得了环保型超高浓度石蜡乳液。考察了乳化剂的选择及其用量、新型复配乳化剂中各组分的比例、乳化温度、乳化时间和搅拌速度对石蜡乳化效果的影响。并确定了最佳乳化工艺条件:新型复配乳化剂为7%(以总固含量为基准的质量分数),乳化时间40 min,乳化温度为70 ℃,搅拌速度1700 r/ min。在此条件下,石蜡乳液蜡含量为50%,且稳定性、分散性、流动性较好。

Abstract: Paraffin wax emulsion with wax content over 50 % and good fluidity,excellent stability and dispersivity,is a cream color emulsion. The environment-friendly and high wax content emulsion was prepared from industrial paraffin wax and a new compounded emulsifier by a special method. The effects of the type and quantity of the emulsifier,the proportion of various components in the new compounded emulsifier,the temperature and time of emulsification,and stirring speed on the emulsification were investigated. The experimental result indicated that the new compounded emulsifier was better than conventional emulsifier. The optimum condition was as follows:new compounded emulsifier 7 % (mass),emulsification time 40 min,emulsification temperature 90 ℃,stirring speed 1700 r/min. Under this condition,the wax content in the paraffin wax emulsion reached 50 %,and has good stability,dispersivity,and fluidity.
